ICON Awards Shortlist Announced As Inverclyde’s Premier Business Awards Returns

Inverclyde Chamber has announced the shortlist for its 2022 ICON Awards, the annual business awards, in which Inverclyde Community Fund is a category sponsor.

Taking place on Friday 11th November, the ICON Awards are the premier business event in Inverclyde, with the Chamber now able to host the awards following a pause throughout Covid-19.

The 10 award winners will be announced at the ceremony, which is to be hosted by Scottish sports broadcaster, David Tanner at The Chartroom, at Kip Marina in Inverkip.

Diodes, the leading global manufacturer and supplier of semiconductor products is this year’s headline sponsor, with further event sponsorship also provided by West College Scotland and Golden Casket.

Nominations for the awards closed in August 2022, with the initial applicants reviewed to create a shortlist of two final businesses for the award categories.

ICF Chair, Eleanor Robertson said:

"Inverclyde Community Fund is delighted to be supporting the return of the Inverclyde Chamber's awards this year as the sponsor of the Community Benefits award.

"Given our fund and the opportunities and organisations that we support, it is fitting that this is the category we are able to sponsor.

"On behalf of all of our Trustees and volunteers, we'd like to congratulate all of the finalists and look forward to celebrating another year of successful businesses in Inverclyde."
